What to watch. The main risk for a small business is scope drift: a package that looks complete but excludes the year-end accounts, the tax return, or the reconciliation of the bank at year end. It is worth asking for the fee schedule in writing before deciding, because the difference between two comparable monthly prices is usually found in what is billed separately.
