Provider information changes constantly. If something on a provider profile or a country page is wrong, out of date, or missing, this page explains how to tell us and what happens next.
Corrections are made against a public source, normally the provider's own website. No personal, business or financial information is required to make a report.
A wrongly recorded service, business-size segment, coverage scope, office model or attribute that does not match what the provider publishes.
A published starting price that has changed, or a pricing status that should no longer read 'Not publicly listed' because the provider now publishes prices.
Services added or discontinued, a new location, a merger or a change of legal name.
A link that points to the wrong site after a rebrand, or a domain that now belongs to someone else.
A source link that no longer resolves, or a country page reference that has moved.
Corrections are about factual accuracy only. This site does not add promotional descriptions, remove a provider because it is unhappy about an accurate profile, or change a record to make a provider look better or worse than its own published information.
